CANCELLATION, CHANGES AND RESERVATION POLICIES

RV Site check in begins at NOON MST

Cabin check in begins at 3PM MST

Fires with wood or charcoal are NOT allowed

You can use GAS grills or GAS fire rings. These are not provided. We have small GAS grills that can be rented for $20.00 of the entire stay. This includes 1 bottle of propane. Additional bottle of propane can be purchased for $5.00 each.

ALL Cancellations or changes to reservations MUST be done by email 14 days PRIOR to arrival.

ALL Cancellations or changes done LESS than 14 days PRIOR to arrival will result in being charged for the ENTIRE reservation.

RV site cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

Multiple RV site reservations will require a 30 day cancellation. Same terms as above apply.

Cabin cancellations will be refunded the deposit LESS the $50.00 cancellation fee.

Sturgis Motorcycle Classic reservation policy is as follows:

*6 night minimum stay

*Reservations made BEFORE April 1st will be charged the first nights deposit and the remaining balance will be charged April 1st

*Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if reservation is cancelled

*Reservation made AFTER April 1st are  NON REFUNDABLE and the ENTIRE amount of the reservation will be charged at the time the reservation is made

*Reservations are NON CANCELLABLE, NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERRABLE after April 1st

Multiple Unit Cancellation policy is as follows:

*We require a 30 day cancellation on 2 units reserved

*We require a 90 day cancellation on 3 or more units reserved

Family Reunions, Groups and Gatherings policy is as follows:

*90 Day cancellation whether the reservations are made separately or by one individual

*First nights deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if the reservation is cancelled

*If the reservation is cancelled LESS than 90 days PRIOR to arrival, you will be charged for the ENTIRE amount of the reservation

Vacation Rental reservation policy is as follows:

*90 day cancellation

*First nights deposit is required when reservation is made

*Credit card will be charged the remaining balance 90 days PRIOR to arrival

*First nights deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if reservation is cancelled

*  Vacation Rental CAN NOT be used as a gathering place for reunions or groups

Room rates may vary for Holidays and the Sturgis Motorcycle Classic

2 dog maximum in cabins. NO CATS. Additional pet charged may apply

Reservation made LESS than 14 days PRIOR to arrival will be charged in full and are NON CANCELLABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE.

Nightly rate subject to 5.7% Sales Tax and 4.5% Resort Fee

Declined credit cards will cancel the reservation
